Pastor Search (Bi-Vocational / Co-Vocational)

New Creation Fellowship (NCF) in Chelsea, VT, is seeking a pastor to lead our congregation into its next season of ministry following the retirement of our founding pastor in August 2026. NCF is a Christ-centered, rural church with a weekly attendance of approximately 25. We gather for worship on Sundays at 10:00 a.m., featuring blended worship and expository preaching. This position is
bi-vocational or co-vocational. We are prayerfully seeking a pastor who loves the Word of God, values relationships, and desires to be actively involved in the life of the church and the surrounding community.
